De acordo com Marilia Castro, Diretora de Vigil\u00e2ncia em Sa\u00fade, o Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia (INMET) emitiu um alerta “vermelho”, indicando “grande perigo” para alguns estados, incluindo Goi\u00e1s. Domingo, em particular, est\u00e1 previsto como o dia mais cr\u00edtico, com temperaturas podendo atingir at\u00e9 39\u00baC e umidade chegando a 10%.<\/p>\n
As orienta\u00e7\u00f5es recomendadas pelo CIEVS incluem evitar exposi\u00e7\u00e3o direta ao sol, especialmente das 10h \u00e0s 16h, aplicar protetor solar regularmente, usar chap\u00e9us e \u00f3culos de sol, vestir roupas leves de algod\u00e3o, evitar esfor\u00e7os f\u00edsicos extenuantes sob o sol, aumentar a ingest\u00e3o de \u00e1gua ou sucos naturais, sem a\u00e7\u00facar, mesmo sem sede, e fazer refei\u00e7\u00f5es leves. As escolas tamb\u00e9m devem tomar precau\u00e7\u00f5es, incentivando os alunos a trazerem garrafas de \u00e1gua, oferecendo \u00e1gua gelada regularmente durante as aulas, suspendendo atividades f\u00edsicas ao ar livre entre 10h e 17h e proporcionando ambientes bem ventilados ou climatizados.<\/p>\n
O alerta destaca a necessidade de pausas frequentes \u00e0 sombra, uso de protetores solares e hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o para pessoas que trabalham ao ar livre, como garis e vendedores ambulantes, al\u00e9m de reduzir a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o entre 10h e 17h.
