O caso ocorreu por volta das 9h30, dentro de uma padaria no bairro JK. De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, a a\u00e7\u00e3o configura o crime de <strong>corrup\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral<\/strong>, conforme previsto no artigo 299 do C\u00f3digo Eleitoral.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Flagrante e Pris\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>O delegado adjunto da 1\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia (DP) de Luzi\u00e2nia, <strong>Alu\u00edsio Nascimento<\/strong>, explicou que o homem foi surpreendido por policiais enquanto tentava influenciar o voto de outra pessoa com a quantia de <strong>R$ 20<\/strong>. Ap\u00f3s ser preso, ele foi conduzido \u00e0 1\u00aa DP, onde permanecer\u00e1 detido at\u00e9 pagar uma fian\u00e7a no valor de <strong>dois sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Estabelecemos a fian\u00e7a, que ele ainda n\u00e3o pagou. Se o valor n\u00e3o for quitado, ele permanecer\u00e1 preso e ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao pres\u00eddio. Ap\u00f3s isso, passar\u00e1 por audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia e outros procedimentos judiciais&#8221;, detalhou o delegado.
