O ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) foi alvo nesta sexta-feira (18) de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Federal por ordem do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que o acusa de tentativa consciente e volunt\u00e1ria de extors\u00e3o contra a Justi\u00e7a brasileira.<\/p>\n
Na decis\u00e3o, Moraes imp\u00f4s as seguintes medidas cautelares a Bolsonaro:<\/p>\n
Segundo o ministro, o ent\u00e3o presidente condicionou o fim do \u201ctarifa\u00e7o\u201d de Donald Trump \u00e0 pr\u00f3pria anistia, configurando, em tese, coa\u00e7\u00e3o no curso do processo, obstru\u00e7\u00e3o de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que envolve organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e atentado \u00e0 soberania nacional.<\/p>\n
A defesa de Bolsonaro afirmou ter recebido a decis\u00e3o com \u201csurpresa e indigna\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d e classificou as medidas como \u201cseveras\u201d.
