A Prefeitura de Luzi\u00e2nia implementa, a partir de setembro, a Taxa Municipal de Res\u00edduos S\u00f3lidos (TMRS), que ser\u00e1 lan\u00e7ada na fatura de \u00e1gua e esgoto da Saneago. O valor ser\u00e1 calculado conforme o tipo de im\u00f3vel e a quantidade de res\u00edduos gerados.<\/p>\n
De acordo com a administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, os recursos levantados ser\u00e3o aplicados na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de coleta e na destina\u00e7\u00e3o final adequada dos materiais.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Prefeitura, a cobran\u00e7a regular da taxa permitir\u00e1 investimentos mais consistentes em infraestrutura de res\u00edduos, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de pontos de descarte irregular e melhoria na efici\u00eancia operacional da coleta.
