A decis\u00e3o atende a uma a\u00e7\u00e3o proposta pelo suplente do vereador Denis Bento, Roberto Gomes Martins, e pelo cidad\u00e3o Lourinaldo Nogueira da Rocha.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Os autores alegaram que o decreto desrespeita o C\u00f3digo Tribut\u00e1rio Municipal ao:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e3o estender o desconto de 50% do Cadastro \u00danico \u00e0s benefici\u00e1rias de programas sociais como Bolsa Fam\u00edlia e BPC.<\/li>\n<li>Prever bitributa\u00e7\u00e3o em im\u00f3veis com duas atividades econ\u00f4micas.<\/li>\n<li>Determinar a cobran\u00e7a da taxa via conta de \u00e1gua sem pr\u00e9via conformidade com os contribuintes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No entendimento do juiz, a cobran\u00e7a irregular poderia gerar um preju\u00edzo mensal superior a R$ 500 mil, comprometendo o or\u00e7amento familiar, amea\u00e7ando a suspens\u00e3o do fornecimento de \u00e1gua e dificultando a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de valores cobrados indevidamente.<\/p>\n<p>A Prefeitura de Valpara\u00edso de Goi\u00e1s foi questionada pelo Jornal Op\u00e7\u00e3o, mas n\u00e3o apresentou manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a publica\u00e7\u00e3o desta mat\u00e9ria.
